Our General Purpose and Vision Statements

A.   Our Purpose Statement

The Purpose of Laudium Baptist Church is:

To be a Church that Glorifies God by Demonstrating our Love for God in Worship and Obedience to His Word, Nurtures the Believers to Maturity and Service in Christ, Cares for the Local Community in Evangelism and Acts of Kindness, and Reaches Communities Beyond in Mission.

B.    Our Vision Statement

The Laudium Baptist Church is a body of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ who God has gathered together as a family:

•  To Exalt God: Involve people in dynamic corporate worship

•  To Edify by nurturing one another toward maturity in Christ through obedience to the word of God and the Holy Spirit.

• To Encourage: Help people develop a sense of belonging through small groups and healthy personal relationships.

• To Equip by training and motivating each believer to use their God given gifts and abilities for service in the body of Christ.

• To Evangelize: We intend to impact Laudium and the surrounding areas by displaying acts if kindness to those in genuine need and declaring the Good News of Salvation in Jesus Christ.

• To reach other communities, national or international, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by sending out and supporting missionaries.
